Glow Harmony Shipping Policy

At Glow Harmony, we take pride in crafting high-quality wellness products with care. Below, you’ll find important details about our shipping process, timeframes, and policies.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days from the date of purchase.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. While we strive for timely deliveries, shipping delays beyond our control may occur.


3. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)


We currently ship within the United States. Delivery timeframes vary based on your selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us at blackdiamondart2022@gmail.com.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Glow Harmony is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at blackdiamondart2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review and determine if a replacement or store credit is applicable.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


9. Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, we are unable to make changes.
