Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at blackdiamondart2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or allergic reactions. Please review the ingredients list carefully before purchasing.


Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Glow Harmony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
