Refunds & Replacements
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at blackdiamondart2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or allergic reactions. Please review the ingredients list carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations & Changes
• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Glow Harmony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
